The Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics,as in any dental institution a full-fledged department and the work carried out amounts to almost 50% of total treatment procedures performed in the institution.
The professional services rendered range from simple single tooth restorations to full mouth rehabilition. Regular Treatment modalities include tooth colored restorations, esthetic improvement procedures like bleaching and veneering.

Other advanced procedures include placement of indirect restorations like inlays, onlays, crowns, and cast posts for building up badly broken down teeth.

The Endodontic treatment options include conservative methods like pulp capping and other elaborate procedures like root canal treatment and Periapical surgeries.

The first two years of thorough preclinical training given to undergraduates is followed by two years of clinical work, which ends with one month intensive, posting during internship.

The postgraduate students during their three years of training perform advanced treatment procedures after one year of preclilcal training.
